It starts with a free discovery call where we understand your goals and financial position. From there, we develop a tailored investment strategy, source suitable properties, conduct thorough due diligence, negotiate on your behalf, and support you through to settlement and beyond.

We charge a transparent flat fee, not a percentage of the purchase price. This means we're never incentivised to push you toward a more expensive property. Our fee covers the full service from strategy through to settlement. Most clients find that the savings from better negotiation and off-market access more than cover our fee.
